From fixing broken bodies to broken systems
My shift into design started while working as a Case Manager, navigating clunky hospital systems and faxing insurance companies (SERIOUSLY, WHO STILL USES THOSE 🤯??). That frustration drove me to build better tools—ones that make life a little easier and a lot more human. My background as a nurse taught me empathy, active listening, and a people-first mindset, all of which now shape how I design.
What I love most about design is the process: identifying the right problems, doing thoughtful research to understand users, and bringing ideas to life from concept to launch.
